Welcome to All Season Custom Apparel! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including screen printing, embroidery, and custom online merch stores. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
1.1. All Season Custom Apparel specializes in custom screen printing, embroidery, and custom online merch stores for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any designs, logos, or materials submitted for customization.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
2. Orders & Production
2.1. Orders must be submitted in writing via email or through our website. Verbal orders are not accepted.
2.2. Once an order is placed, a digital proof will be provided for approval. Production will not begin until we receive written confirmation of approval.
2.3. Changes to an order may result in additional charges and may extend production timelines.
2.4. Production times vary based on order size, complexity, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time of order placement but are not guaranteed.
3. Payment & Pricing
3.1. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices provided in a quote are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Payment is due in full before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
3.3. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, check, or cash.
3.4. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
4. Custom Online Merch Stores
4.1. We offer custom online merch stores for businesses, schools, and organizations to sell custom apparel.
4.2. Store setup fees, order minimums, and profit-sharing structures will be discussed and agreed upon before store launch.
4.3. Once a store closes, orders will be processed collectively and shipped or made available for pickup based on the agreed terms.
4.4. Refunds and exchanges are not available for custom merch store orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.
5. Shipping & Pickup
5.1. Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our location or have them shipped.
5.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds, & Defects
6.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a production defect or error.
6.2. If an issue arises with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or correction.
6.3. We are not responsible for customer errors, including misspellings, incorrect sizing, or design changes after approval.
7. Customer-Supplied Items
7.1. Customers may supply their own garments or materials for printing or embroidery at their own risk.
7.2. All Season Custom Apparel is not responsible for any damage, misprints, or defects that occur during the production process on customer-supplied items.
7.3. We will not replace or reimburse customer-supplied items that are damaged during the printing or embroidery process.
7.4. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring that supplied garments meet production requirements and compatibility with our printing or embroidery methods.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. By submitting artwork, logos, or designs for production, you affirm that you own the rights to them or have obtained the necessary permissions.
8.2. All Season Custom Apparel reserves the right to use images of completed orders for promotional purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
9.2. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1. Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and promotional purposes if consent is given.
10.2. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties unless required by law.
11. Amendments & Termination
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
11.2. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
